This Bible translation, known as the "Beck Bible," is also called The Holy Bible - An American Translation (AAT). AAT, of course, is not only a Bible for Lutherans. Being a faithful translation, not a paraphrase, of Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek manuscripts, it is a Bible for every English-speaking person who needs to learn of Jesus and His redemption. As such, the Lord used His servant, the late Dr. Beck, to do the major work on AAT, and other living servants to continue the work of polishing, publishing, and most importantly, preaching it.
